Your daily tasks                  

• Prepare and reconcile various sales reports by department.
• Follow up on accounts payable and receivable (prepare and process invoices daily and produce cheques for approved invoices, etc.).
• Respond to suppliers and various requests.
• Prepare and enter adjusting entries in the accounting system.
• Verify employee expense reports and their posting in the accounting system.
• Perform any other required activities for the continuity of operations.
