It is important to note that due to COVID-19, there could be government restrictions this winter that will change the way we operate. We may introduce a policy for controlling access and online reservations for season pass holders.
However, season pass holders will ALWAYS HAVE PRIORITY over other guests each day. This is your member advantage.

In the event of a permanent closure caused by a government order, refunds will be processed at the end of the season based on the number of ski days provided or how often the pass was used. A request must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before March 15, 2021.
In the event of a temporary interruption of more than 20 days, refunds will be processed at the end of the season.
The Guaranteed Season option will be provided for free with every purchase of a 2020-2021 season pass that was made during the presale between September 20 and December 13, 2020.
