data-collapser-controler>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1>Guaranteed season program<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"expendable-content\" data-collapser-target>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><b>Season Guarantee Program<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purchase of a <\/span><b>2025\u20132026 season pass<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> automatically includes the <\/span><b>Season Guarantee Program<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which allows the pass holder to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>defer use of the season pass to the 2026\u20132027 season<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, at no additional cost; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>request a credit or a refund<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, subject to the conditions set out below.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Conditions to defer use or request a credit<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The season pass <\/span><b>must not have been collected<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The request must be <\/span><b>\u201cspring\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refers to the period during which the season pass may be collected <\/span><b>in advance, in spring 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, prior to the official opening of the <\/span><b>2025\u20132026 season<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the season pass has already been collected and used, the credit is calculated <\/span><b>on a prorated basis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, according to the number of ski days delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Processing terms<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fixed <\/span><b>$40 administrative fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> applies <\/span><b>per season pass<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Credits are calculated <\/span><b>on a prorated basis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, based on the number of ski days delivered <\/span><b>between December 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The credit or refund is calculated <\/span><b>as of the date the season pass card is returned<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The card must be returned to <\/span><b>Customer Service<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and handed to a designated staff member.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span Saint-Bruno, <\/span><b>excluding food services and the online store<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Refunds and credits<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No refund will be issued after March 1, 2026.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any refund or credit is calculated in accordance with the <\/span><b>credit schedule above<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><b>processing terms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> set out herein.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Force majeure and policy changes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schedules, prices, and policies may be modified <\/span><b>for future purchases only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In the event of a closure due to <\/span><b>force majeure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the <\/span><b>credit or refund schedule above shall apply<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: exceptions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All purchases are considered <\/span><b>final sales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. No exchange, credit, rescheduling, or refund will be granted, <\/span><b>except as provided for under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA, CQLR c. <\/span><b>only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the following situations:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Complete closure of the mountain<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or force majeure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Injury or medical condition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> preventing participation in the activity, upon presentation of a <\/span><b>medical certificate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> specifying the date, nature of the injury, and the recommended duration of the activity restriction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requests must be submitted <\/span><b>via the online cancellation form<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with supporting documentation where applicable, <\/span><b>no later than 24 hours before the ticket date<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: They are <\/span><b>non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, except in the cases provided for under the <\/span><b>Consumer Protection Act (CPA, CQLR c. P-40.1)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The value of unused tickets may be applied as a <\/span><b>credit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, according to one of the three options selected by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Option 1 \u2013 Credit toward the purchase of a new booklet<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The value of unused tickets may be applied toward the purchase of a new booklet for the following season.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This credit is <\/span><b>not valid on online promotions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No administrative fees apply to booklets purchased for the <\/span><b>2024\u20132025 season or earlier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">Only <\/span><b>one ticket may be applied per daily ticket purchased<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span difference must be paid by the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the applied ticket is of <\/span><b>higher value<\/b><span Ski Saint-Bruno undertakes to inform its customers of these risks and to fulfill its responsibilities <\/span><b>in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"expendable\" data-collapser>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"expendable-title\" data-collapser-controler>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1>Credit or refund<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div activity, upon presentation of a <\/span><b>medical certificate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> specifying the date, nature of the injury, and the recommended duration of the activity restriction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requests must be submitted <\/span><b>via the online cancellation form<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with supporting documentation where applicable, <\/span><b>no later than 24 hours before the rental date<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Terms and conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-collapser>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"expendable-title\" data-collapser-controler>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1>Acknowledgement and acceptance of risks<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"expendable-content\" data-collapser-target>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><b>Acceptance of risks<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the context of ski and snowboard courses provided by the Snow Sports School of <\/span><b>Domaine du Ski Mont-Bruno Inc.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (hereinafter \u201cSki Saint-Bruno\u201d), the participant \u2014 or their parent, guardian, or responsible party \u2014 acknowledges and agrees that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the practice of skiing and snowboarding involves <\/span><b>inherent risks and dangers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, regardless of the level of instructor supervision or the participant\u2019s skill level;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">these risks are an <\/span><b>integral part of the activity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and are assumed by the participant in the normal practice of the sport;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ski Saint-Bruno informs its clients of these risks and <\/span><b>remains responsible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA, CQLR c. P-40.1)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Responsibility of the student \/ participant<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The student or participant must:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">follow the instructions provided by the instructor;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comply with posted signage, resort rules, and the mountain code of conduct;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use appropriate and safe equipment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wear a helmet (<\/span><b>mandatory in terrain parks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Responsibility of the participant or parent \/ guardian \/ responsible party<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The participant, parent, guardian, or responsible party undertakes to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensure that the equipment used is appropriate, safe, and in good working condition;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">regularly check the equipment to ensure proper functioning;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">disclose to Ski Saint-Bruno, including the Snow Sports School team and the designated instructor, <\/span><b>any pre-existing medical condition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that may affect the safe practice of skiing or snowboarding;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accompany the child or participant in accordance with school directives (e.g. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go Bambin<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> programs).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Supervision<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Mountain lessons \u2013 terrain size and visual contact<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skiing and snowboarding take place over a <\/span><b>large and open area<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As a result, the designated instructor may not always be in close physical proximity to the participant and may not be able to maintain <\/span><b>continuous visual contact at all times<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Group lessons<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In courses involving multiple participants:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the instructor\u2019s attention is shared among the group and cannot be focused exclusively on one individual at all times;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for participants aged <\/span><b>8 and over<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the use of ski lifts may require the participant to ride <\/span><b>without the instructor in the same chairlift<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Acceptance of the policy<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By completing the registration, the participant \u2014 or their parent, guardian, or responsible party \u2014 declares that they have <\/span><b>read, understood, and accepted<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> this policy and the terms and conditions set out above.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"expendable\"
