What is an access card (RFID)?

Your access card is your all-in-one pass to the mountain.
It gives you easy, contactless access to lifts and magic carpets, and can be reloaded for future visits.

How do I get an access card?

Day Ticket

  1. Purchase your ticket online

  2. Go to the pickup kiosks at the ticket office
    Follow the on-screen instructions to print and retrieve your access card
  3. Collect your access card
    You’re ready to hit the slopes!

Season Pass

  1. Purchase your pass online
    https://boutique.skisaintbruno.ca/abonnements
  2. Visit us on-site with your confirmation
    You have two options:

    1. Customer Service
    2. Ticket Office (with an agent)
  3. We’ll provide your access card
    Your pass will be activated on-site

Where should I keep my card?

In the left pocket of your jacket, by itself.

Avoid placing it with:

  • phone
  • wallet
  • keys
  • other cards

Do I need to take my card out at the gates?

No.
Keep your card in the left pocket of your jacket.

Can I reuse my card?

It depends on your card type.

Blue card (reusable)
Yes! You can keep it and reload it online for future visits.

Black card (single-use)
No. It can only be used once.
